HL type ring chain centrifugal bucket conveyor is suitable for vertical transportation of abrasive powder, granular, and small block materials, such as grain, coal, cement, crushed ore, etc., conveying height of 40m, which is characterized by simple structure, smooth operation, emptying type loading, mixing or gravity discharging, wheel rim adopts the combination of sprocket, easy to replace, the sprocket rim is treated with a special long service life, and the lower part can maintain a constant tension to avoid slippage or de-chaining when the hopper is blocked, and it has a certain tolerance to effectively protect the moving parts. If gravity automatic tensioning device is used in the lower part, it can keep constant tension to avoid slipping or chain release, meanwhile, when the hopper meets obstruction, it has a certain tolerance to effectively protect the moving parts, and the temperature of the material does not exceed 250ºC.
