There are two kinds of sulphur melting tanks, one is sulphur melting ground tank (round), usually placed on the plane of -1.5 meters, and the other is high tank (square) placed above the ground plane, there is a square or round coil inside the equipment, the medium circulating in the coil is 0.4Mpa steam.

The tanks will be poured with powdered or flaked solid sulphur, which is gradually melted into liquid sulphur after a few hours in the tanks. The material of the equipment is carbon steel.
