Among hundreds projects WEIXIAN has done,the most proud one is the 7.5tph LABSA 10tph SLES and 15tph AOS production line build in China,completed in 2021,which has the world largest 180-tube reactor. The second phase same capacity plant is under construction. When producing SLES 70% at 10.5tph,SO3 concentration 4.0%,dioxane ≦10ppm,free oil 0.9%,color 6 klett; When producing LABSA at 7.5tph,active matter 97.6%,free oil 1.0%,free acid 0.9%,color 12 klett. The engineering and design for 8tph to 10tph plants have been done,welcome to consult and inquire. Since larger plants featured in more economical initial investment and unit operational cost,we will see more and more giant sulfonation plants in the coming years.
